Farmers of India is back bone of our economy covered by 70% of population. Country side of India need development in commercial agriculture specially. Agriculture is a significant sector of Indian economy.

Our organization helps in rural development by introducing commercial cultivation programme which gives financial strength to marginal and small farmers. We survey the areas and found that people are involved in traditional cultivation.

So our organization is introducing a unique cultivation programme with the name and style of Fundamental Agro S. Centre, which has brought up a vanilla cultivation programme for marginal farmers to increase their financial capacity.

Aim & ambitions of the Institution is belonging with commercial, medicinal and aromatic plants cultivation: Vanilla, Cocoa (Chocolate Plant), Belladonna, Stone Flower, Basil, Mint, Aloe Vera, Nux Vomica, Arsenic, Yeast and Saffron cultivation through a Voluntary Co-operative Development System of 50 to 300 farmers.

The Organization conducts the free creative education programme “Baal Vikash Pathshala” for poor schooling children.

Education is a very important tool for people all over the world to make balance of life and its existence on the earth. Each and every individual needs proper education to enhance their own life standards as well as become a part of the social and economic growth of their own country.

Future of any person or country depends on the education system strategy followed. Even after awareness programmes, many villages lack proper resources. Baal Vikash Pathshala bridges this vital gap by providing quality education, study kits, and creative learning directly at the grassroots level.

Rural health care is one of biggest challenges facing the Health Ministry of India. With more than 70 percent population living in rural areas and low level of health facilities, mortality rates due to diseases are on a high.

The organization conducts very low-budget treatment through our HHL HOSPITAL and regular mobile medical camps across remote villages.

A majority of 700 million people live in rural areas where maternal healthcare is poor. India accounts for large maternity concerns. We provide free medical checkups and free essential nutrition supplements to child-bearing women by tie-upping with local private hospitals and nursing homes.

Organized for the welfare and dignity of women in the community. Gender equality and empowerment of women are significant precursors to social development.

Empowerment comprises enhancement of skills, capacity building, gaining self-confidence, and meaningful participation in decision-making.

HHL Foundation comprehensively seeks to ensure an equitable division of resources, articulate women's constitutional rights, and actively ward off retrogressive practices like female infanticide and gender-based violence.

HHL Foundation organizes informal associations of people who choose to come together to find ways to improve their living conditions and collective financial security.

The SHG initiative encompasses three vital pillars: Micro-credit, Entrepreneurship, and Socio-Economic Empowerment.

Operating through structured Neighborhood Groups, Area Development Societies, and Community Development Societies to foster sustainable micro-enterprises.

Skill development is the best way to improve the confidence of youth and guide them in securing gainful livelihoods. Rural youth face limited local employment opportunities leading to distress migration.

HHL Foundation has spearheaded short-duration vocational training across the Districts of Bihar: Araria, Purnia, Katihar, Khagaria, Begusarai, Saharsa, Bhagalpur, Banka, Munger, Muzaffarpur, Sitamarhi, Sheohar, Saran, East Champaran, Madhubani, etc.

Trained artisans are excelling in textile and fabrication industries in Delhi, Mumbai, and other cities while awaiting doorstep rural manufacturing projects.

The PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana, the world’s largest domestic rooftop solar initiative, aims to supply solar power to one crore households by March 2027.
