State Project Co-ordinator
Oversees the entire state-level agricultural and developmental projects, institutional partnerships, district coordinator supervision, and quarterly policy formulation.
Scope of Work:
- Statewide planning & monitoring of Vanilla, Cocoa & Medicinal cultivation.
- Coordination with Agricultural Universities, Banks & Government agencies.
- Supervising District Project Co-ordinators across all districts.
- Monthly review of SHGs, Baal Vikash Pathshalas & HHL Hospital camps.
District Project Co-ordinator
Leads the project execution within the assigned district, managing block coordinators, organizing farmer training workshops, and overseeing crop distribution.
Scope of Work:
- District level supervision of commercial farming projects.
- District Office administration & block coordinator management.
- Farmer verification, subsidy facilitation & unit allocation.
- Conducting monthly district reviews & submitting progress reports.
Block Project Co-ordinator
Executes grassroots interventions at block level, organizing Self Help Groups (SHGs), conducting land surveys, and mentoring Gram coordinators.
Scope of Work:
- Mobilizing farmers in all Panchayats across the block.
- Creation and strengthening of Self Help Groups (SHGs).
- Land verification (Khata/Khesra) & plant unit onboarding.
- Organizing Baal Vikash Pathshala & health checkup camps.
Gram Project Co-ordinator
Direct village and ward level representative of HHLF, guiding farmers on plantation techniques, maintaining unit records, and delivering benefits.
Scope of Work:
- Direct contact with marginal and small farmers in the Panchayat.
- Guiding farmers in Vanilla, Cocoa & medicinal plant care.
- Assisting villagers in PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana rooftop solar enrolment.
- Assisting rural students in Baal Vikash Pathshala education.
